I just spent the last hour playing GermAway and I'm still trying to process how addictive it is. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from a browser game, but this one's got some serious hook to it. You play as a tiny germ-killing robot thingy, and your goal is to wipe out all the germs on the screen by clicking on them. Sounds simple, right? It is, but it's also ridiculously fun. The more germs you kill, the more points you get, and the faster you level up. I gotta say, it's pretty satisfying to see those germs disappear one by one.
